Asif founded Inovada after watching Irish property businesses repeatedly outgrow their tools — and struggle to find an ERP partner who actually understood how they operate. Most software is built for everyone, which means it is optimised for no one. Inovada is built for one thing: taking Irish property, FM, and trade businesses from operational chaos to one connected system.
His background spans over two decades in banking and financial services. He built his early career across leading international institutions — Citibank, Standard Chartered, and ABN AMRO — gaining deep experience in credit risk, retail banking, and SME portfolios. That foundation led to a sixteen-year tenure at MCB Bank, where he rose to Senior Vice President, taking ownership of credit risk governance across a large and diversified retail and SME banking book. Alongside his banking career he pursued ACCA, and that financial governance lens shapes every Inovada implementation.
Since 2021, Asif has led strategic consulting and ERP delivery for SMEs across global markets, helping founders design scalable financial and operational systems. That compliance-first approach is built into every InovadaOS solution: RTB procedures, RCT obligations, PSRA record-keeping, and VAT accuracy handled inside the system — not managed separately in a spreadsheet.
