Asif Aftab

Founder and Commercial Director

Asif Aftab is the founder of Inovada and the architect of the InovadaOS framework. His background is unusual in the Odoo world: nearly two decades in financial risk management and compliance – working across international financial institutions – before transitioning into ERP consultancy.

That financial governance background shapes every InovadaOS implementation. Where most Odoo consultants think in terms of module configuration, Asif thinks in terms of financial controls, approval hierarchies, audit trails, and operational reporting. The compliance lens that Irish property managers, FM operators, and trade contractors need – RTB procedures, RCT obligations, PSRA record-keeping, VAT accuracy – is not something that gets added to InovadaOS. It is built in from the design stage.

After moving into ERP delivery, Asif spent five years at an official Odoo partner in the UAE, progressing from functional consultant through project management to Business Director. During that time he served as lead implementer on engagements in property, facilities, trading, and professional services – across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United States.

Inovada was formally established in June 2025 – a young, focused company deliberately built around a specific problem: Irish property and trade SMEs are underserved by generic ERP consultancies that do not understand how their operations actually work. InovadaOS brings the operational depth and financial governance thinking from Asif’s delivery experience to a market that has needed it. The current focus is Ireland. The ambition is to grow into the UK, wider European, and GCC markets as InovadaOS matures.
